Oriental Tea Time With Piff

Corey and Oats were very much the luckiest duo in the whole of Nile Road,  due to not being able to make so many friends but also because they were able to go on many adventures and had a popular friend in the form of Piff the Japanese pufferfish. Piff was everyone’s favorite funny fish who had gained over 269 followers and had a lot of fans who were in love with his own brand of fishy humor.

Initially joining the cast in July 2024,  this pufferfish initially started off as not having a personality of his own and just said his name like a Pokemon (at least like how the anime portrays Pokemon) and was shy and didn’t know if he would fit in with the friends, Anglo the anglerfish squishmallow named him the name he has today even though Mel thought it was a stupid idea for him to be given that name, but contrary to that - Piff proved that everyone would love him no matter what he was called.

In the tail end of November 2024 he fell in love with an orange and green female fish named Tangie who he met at Retro Expo and they have been dating ever since.  And now Piff had gained fame on Youtube due to his content and even had helped Mel’s Youtube channel gain a lot of viewers and over 66,000 views per week.   And he had even become a movie star and film-maker as well as made his own hit songs,  and now he had manifested his own sidekick who was an anthropomorphic onion muppet and even previously had given himself the power to fly.

One day after morning tea he decided to set up a special lunch and tea time party for all of his friends so he used some magic from the bedbox to create an underwater tunnel that they all went through together and at the other end of the tunnel was an oriental style teahorse where he got to work and started making some food for his friends.  Starting with seaweed sandwiches and his favorite Japanese dishes which he shared and followed by a special teatime treat consisting of fish themed cakes and seaweed cakes which he made for them.

He saved some for himself and Tangie as they all played around in the teahouse and Corey and Oats as well as their friends explored and saw so many beautiful species of fish.  Which was followed by going on a visit to an aquarium and exploring a movie studio where Piff made his own martial arts movie, and Piff smiled when he saw Suku - a pufferfish who was his twin there as well.  The two fish bonded over Youtube videos and even over their latest adventures.

Suku presented Piff with a special present, it was a special plushie made to resemble Piff’s own adorable onion sidekick ‘Ollie’,  the two of them played together with the gang and even had an afternoon tea party in the teahouse and took part in some of Piff’s favorite activities.

Several fish squishmallows swam around in a circle and sang as everyone joined in and played together,  an hour later it was time for everyone to get ready for dinner and so they all headed back through the tunnel and into the lounge in their home in Nile Road, where Piff made dinner for them and even made some dessert.

After having dinner they all sat around and played games as Mel emailed Jill about their adventure and Piff and Tangie went fishing and caught a lot of fish before a karaoke session and game session took place.  This fun carried on for a couple of hours, and when it was time to get ready for bed Corey and Oats both magically conjured up their night-clothes and spun around, reappearing in them as Piff and Tangie did some of their favorite wholesome nightime activities which consisted of ASMR sessions, fish themed arts and crafts and Tangie’s favorite game of ‘Guess the Bathbomb Scent’.

Corey and Oats brushed their teeth as they all got ready for bed as Piff initiated the closedown sequence featuring that animated pufferfish which he used at the end of every day, this time though the closedown sequence featured the anthropomorphic pufferfish using a magical paint bucket tool to color the walls of his room - changing them from a daytime color pallet and daytime background into a night time one as he floated into bed and yawned, his clothing morphing into pajamas as a magical toothbrush brushed his teeth and the goodnight message appeared on screen.

Piff jumped into bed with Tangie and snuggled up as he kissed her and gave the goodnight speech which was: ‘I am very glad you all got to see me use my cooking skills in this adventure and that you came along for the journey with us and of course we learned so very much from this, but for now we are all swimming off into the land of dreams, we shall see you tomorrow, goodnight to you, love from Piff and all his friends’.

Anglo turned off the light and they all drifted off to sleep and had sweet dreams as they did so, and thus their adventure had come to an end but more are coming up, so please stay tuned for even more fun adventures.
