Recently he had hosted a special sleepover session with Pikachu and he thought it would be a good idea to have a wholesome best friend day celebration so he used some magic to make a magic invitation to send to him. Pikachu received the invitation and used some magic of his own to teleport over to Nile Road and when he did so, Piff ran over and gave him a hug.
