Corey and Oats often did various adventures together with their pals including Piff including online and in their world around them, one day they had all been asked by a character named Chantay who lived in Deviantart City to come with her to a special exhibit at the museum based on robots in media, and of course Piff wanted to be the one to show his friends the invitation and that day he got the idea to gather all the friends together into the lounge.
He took them over to the table where they all began each and every day and he entered a special combination on the keyboard which activated a shortcut portal which they all jumped through, going through all the online realms to choose from until they arrived at Deviantart City, and that is where they looked around and saw the Deviantart City museum. ‘Here we are guys, the museum.’ ‘I bet this is where Chantay is at.’ ‘Oh yes. She did say there is a robot exhibit there she wanted us to see.’ ‘Well what are we waiting for? Come on.’
The gang all gathered together and entered the museum and explored it, there were all sorts of exhibits including one on animation, special interactive ones and it didn’t take long to find the robot one where they found their new pal Chantay. ‘Hey Chantay, I knew we’d find you here.’ ‘Yeah, you said there was a robot exhibition and you wanted us to see it with you.’ ‘Oh yeah, guys look at all the robots here.’
Corey and Oats along with Piff and the others followed Chantay into the exhibit, in the exhibit there were all sorts of interesting interactive features including a model station where you could build your own robot, video presentations on the history of robotics, and even realistic models of every pop culture robot and cyborg ever and including a Terminator section. ‘Hey guys look, take a photo, i’m posing with Arnie!’ Aiyido the beholder exclaimed as he stood next to the statue of the t-800.
Chantay was enthralled by the interactive section based on the animated film Robots, there were models of the characters including a Bigweld animatronic that acted as the guide, a game section including one where guests could put different upgrades on characters like Rodney and Fender, and a replica of the giant domino set that was in Bigweld’s factory. ‘Does this remind you of the movie?’ Piff asked. ‘Oh yes, I wonder if I can play with this.’
She reached out and set all the dominos up and activated a contraption with a giant ball which floated through the air and began to knock them all down, she jumped on the giant domino set and began to ride on it and as she did she underwent some changes, her skin slowly turning metallic black and silver colors, her arms lengthened as his did her neck, and her whole body rounded up to be akin to a big giant ball as her gender shifted from female to male as her head shifted, she/he appeared to have a mechanical tuxedo-like covering on her torso as she/he looked at the gang and smiled. ‘Hey guys, I look like Bigweld.’ ‘Yeah, you do.’
Her voice deepened and became gravelly and also shifted to sound like Bigweld’s voice actor Mel Brooks which made Piff very happy. ‘You sound like one of my favorite comedy writers and that is a major plus to me.’ ‘Thanks.’ Chantay’s transformation completed itself as she/he surfed on the dominos and Piff joined in.
The two of them raced together down the dominos and spun around in a mini cart that took them into a replica of Bigweld’s factory where they all saw all sorts of inventions together, they went surfing on the dominos multiple times and slid all the way down. Piff sang the ‘surfing fishy boogie’ song to everyone and they all had fun before having lunch.
They all played together for a couple of hours and had some snacks before having afternoon tea and Piff came across a special chamber which he used to gain cybernetic armor and he made himself into a half robotic pufferfish, the gang all enjoyed their trip to the museum and before leaving it they brought some merchandise from the gift shop.
When they left the museum Chantay/Bigweld thanked them for the trip and Mel gave Chantag a hug. ‘Who says I cannot be good to other people, huh? No one that’s who.’ Just then a screeching sound was heard…’REEEEEEE, GO KILL YOURSELF YOU BAD P-WORD I CANNOT SAY BECAUSE IT’S NOT TRUE! ‘Eeeek, what is THAT thing?’ ‘Oh that’s just Failtroll Bot. They’re programmed to be annoying.’ ‘Why would you make a robot with the purpose of being annoying?’ ‘For kicks.’
Mel dismantled Failtroll Bot, as the aforementioned robot fell to pieces and deactivated, they all gathered together before they spent time together as friends. ‘Honestly I can’t see why you’d have a robot for the purpose of annoying people.’ ‘Eh, let’s just say I was bored that day. I have over 5 versions of the same robot that do the same thing over and over again.’ ‘Including that bad monster looking one that is just screaming old news over and over?’ ‘Yes, Berserko Failtroll bot was made to be similar to those Spirit Halloween werewolf animatronics but it malfunctioned and became just a failed old news bot.’
Corey and Oats laughed as Piff said that this had been the most fun exhibition they had ever been on, which was followed by them all saying goodbye as they jumped through the exit portal and arrived back at Nile Road. Upon arriving back at Nile Road they all gathered at the table for dinner and smiled as Piff made some dinner for them.
After dinner Mel emailed Jill about their adventure and they played games, as Piff and Tangie went fishing and caught a lot of fish, which was followed by a karaoke session of sorts and some games and a relaxation session. Followed by they all getting ready for bed with Corey putting on his bat pajamas and Oats putting on his princess nightgown as they all brushed their teeth.
Piff initiated the closedown sequence which depicted the anthropomorphic pufferfish going into a factory to design a bedroom as he assembled an underwater themed bedroom, and the background morphed into a night-time background and his clothes morphed into pajamas as he floated onto a bed of sorts and yawned and brushed his teeth as the goodnight message appeared on screen. He then floated into bed and kissed Tangie before giving the goodnight speech which was: ‘We all had a very special adventure with a special guest and got to explore the robot exhibition today and it was quite the adventure and we all had a fun time, and now it is time for us all to go to sleep. Goodnight to all of you.’
Anglo turned off the light as they all drifted off to sleep including Piff who dreamed of a magical robot fish factory where he made his own robot fish tank, and thus their adventure had come to an end but more are coming up so stay tuned.
