The Greatest Saturday Adventure Ever

Everyone’s favorite duo known as Corey and Oats were known for having all sorts of adventures with their pals including Piff the pufferfish and his girlfriend Tangie, and sometimes these adventures came in the most unexpected ways.  Last Saturday was one such example of that, it all started that morning when the duo got up up with Mel to have breakfast, after having breakfast they were told by Jahna they were going out.

Which came as a surprise to both of them at first and even to Piff,  as Piff thought they were going to the market even though the markets were only on Sunday - which lead to a misunderstanding but after Jahna cleared it up,  Mel was totally on-board with it as they all had a shower before getting ready to head out.

They spent a couple of hours working on the computer as Piff worked on a new story and new animations,  he was delighted to find out he could give his animated online counterpart a voice so he did numerous voice lines and gave them to his character, this was followed by Mel putting her shoes on as the gang all headed out with her into the orange car that floated, taking Jahna with them.

The first stop on their adventure was Glenfield Mall as they all arrived and entered said location, adopting a brand new friend at the Warehouse, specifically a giraffe snackle who they all had named Jahna after her and they all headed back to the parking lot as human Jahna bought some supplies at Briscos including a lava lamp for the sensory room that had been announced, which was followed by all of them going on one hell of a road trip. They were lucky enough to have a delicious soft serve ice cream before taking off.

Their trip took them all over Auckland and even over the harbor bridge and over to Parnell, where the Auckland museum is,  Piff explained he had seen an exhibit at the museum themed around weird and wonderful creatures and there was an anglerfish statue and that he would love to go there as he had enjoyed himself there when he went with the gang to the Bloodsucking exhibition.  

Their grand arrival was at the lovely Wintergarden as they all jumped out and walked around, looking at all the plants and even at the ponds, Piff and Tangie kissed each-other as they saw some flowers and cute baby goldfish,  which was followed by them going to look at the big fish pond or rather they would have but Mel was against it because of the stairs so they just went back in the car and headed back on their tour.   They even had a bit of a laugh as Piff saw Peaches and Cream (which was an adult store).  Piff’s little recurring joke was that he always wanted to go in there but Mel always said no.

As they all went around the city they even went past various locations and stopped at Mission Bay,  Piff got excited when he saw it because he had come from Kelly Tarlton’s and seeing the penguin footprints and the entrance sign,  of course he had fond memories of when Mel adopted him from there and when Anglo the anglerfish gave him his name, as they all raced around Mission Bay and then went back through the city, at the near end of their journey they all went back over the bridge and back closer to where they were,  but not before they all stopped to have a late lunch and some snacks.

After they had their late lunch and their snacks they all ordered a Cosmic Shake from Burger King before driving all the way home to Nile Road, and upon arriving all the way home they jumped out of the car and gleefully ran into their home,  just in time for afternoon tea.

They had some delicious food for afternoon tea and an hour later they all gathered together for dinner with Piff and Tangie and after dinner they all played games as Jahna the giraffe introduced herself to the gang and Mel emailed Jill about their adventure,  which was followed by Piff and Tangie going fishing and catching a lot of fish.

After their fishing trip the fish couple had a wholesome ASMR session filled with their favorite activities including Guess the Bathbomb Scent,  which was followed by a karaoke session and a lot of fun games -  and when their fun session ended there was one more additional ASMR session before they all got ready for bed.  Corey put on his bat pajamas as Oats put on his princess nightgown and they all brushed their teeth.

Piff initiated the closedown sequence which showed the pufferfish flying through the sky and all over the city of Auckland before gently flying towards his house and through the windows, followed by his day clothes morphing into pajamas as the day time background transitioned into a night-time one,  followed by the pufferfish landing on the bed and brushing his teeth before yawning and drifting off to sleep as a good night message appeared on screen.

He used some magic to float into the bedroom with all the gang members including Jahna the giraffe and they all snuggled up and cuddled together as Piff kissed Tangie before giving a special goodnight message which was: ‘Well we certainly did have the best adventure ever today and so unexpected too but now we are all glad that this adventure came our way, and sometimes the best adventures are unexpected.  But from one adventure to another,  it is time for us to drift off into the magical land of dreams to go on another adventure, so goodnight to you, sweet dreams, love from Piffy.’

Anglo turned off the light and they all drifted off to sleep and had sweet dreams including Piff who dreamed of going on another adventure with all the gang and even showing Jahna the giraffe around the house on a tour,  a couple of minutes later Piff woke up and smiled as he checked his Youtube views and had seen he had over 292 subscribers which meant it he was getting even closer to the big 300,  which meant it would not be too long until he’d have a huge reason to celebrate.

He got back in the bed and drifted off once more as their adventure had come to an end but more are coming up, so please stay tuned.
