Oats’s Magical Flower Garden.

If you were to ask Oatsie what his favorite words are he’d say..’happy, pretty, hugs, and pink’, he was always very much into the color pink and anything pink. He desired to be beautiful hence why he always wore dresses, he loved flowers and he loved to bake things with his favorite owner and friend Mel.  One afternoon he was trying on his flower dress and ribbon when he got invited to go with Corey on a walk, at first he was skeptical but upon hearing the magic words ‘flowers’ and ‘prettiness’, he whinnied and immediately signed on.  That afternoon the duo headed out with Mel and went for a walk around the block.

“I told you this would be fun.”

Mel showed them all a special magical shortcut as they walked down the block, as they did a lot of shimmering lights floated around them as Corey saw some creatures in the bushes and Oats sniffed some flowers. ‘Flowers sure are pretty mommy.’  The duo raced along together as they saw flying animal webkinz pets floating together and having fun, Oats stopped to get an ice cream and he got one for Corey as well. ‘Here, for my special friend.’  ‘No problem oatsie.’ Oats was super happy that Corey liked his ice-cream.

The duo noticed a magical display and danced around some trees and performed a musical number together,  Corey sang a song about flowers as he picked some for Alcina which made Oats happy…Oats saw a pony with a flowery mane and tail and he greeted the pony, telling her about him…the flower pony responded with a cheery neigh and told Oats she was a flower princess pony.  Which made him really happy and he sang a duet with her.

After that they ran over to where the creek was which led to a mysterious gateway to a watery kingdom, and they even saw some mystical treasure chests. That wasn’t all the fun they had though, as Corey climbed up trees and he could see everything that went on, and he had to admit the scenery was beautiful.  The duo spent several minutes on their walk around their block before walking back to the drive-way, but not before having several mini-adventures along the way.

Such as a quest to collect mythical items, and of course since Oats had given him a flower,  Corey picked out a pink flower and gave it to Oats as a gift to go with his outfit. ‘That is so thoughtful of you.’  ‘Thank you.’  ‘Do you think I look beautiful?’  ‘Oats, you are super beautiful.’  ‘Do I need anything to be beautiful/ Like accessories, eyeliner, or anything?’  ‘Of course not, you’re fine just the way you are.’  ‘Yaaay! You really ARE my best friend.’

The duo laughed and played together, having many mini-adventures and earning prizes for solving puzzles.  They decided to stop by the creek for a bit to look at the water and that’s where they saw some of Ratty’s cousins, one of the rats even greeted them in an eccentric Rattistanian way.  ‘Yoogan Toogan.’  one of Ratty’s cousins blurted out.  The talking rats played some Rattistanian polka songs and performed a song for Oats and Corey to clap along to, after paying a visit to the rats they headed down to a special little area where they had some snacks together.

“Mmmm…what a magical day.”

“Yeah, i’d definitely say it was magic.”

They spent a good couple of hours there and then headed into a magical flower garden, where they saw magic flowers growing out of the ground and Oats picked a few of them, a couple of minutes later though Mel gestured for them to follow her back home, which they did and when they arrived back at their house in Nile Road…they had some snacks and a wonderful time playing together.

The spent the rest of the day playing and having fun as they played with Mel and her friends and just had a lot of fun, that evening they had dinner and spent some more time together…remembering to thank Mel for what they did.  Oats picked up one of the flowers and put it in his mane.

After dinner they spent a lot of time playing, and when night-time came around, they all brushed their teeth and got ready for bed, they snuggled up and had sweet dreams, and the bed turned into a cart that took them on a trip to a flower garden and palace, where Oats and Corey saw the flowery ponies that couldn’t wait to have tea with them.  And thus with that the story ends, but that isn’t exactly the end.
