Misadventures in the Woodland

Everyone’s favorite microbe and equine duo got up to all sorts of adventures togethers and sometimes even the most boring of adventures could be a surprise to them, one day the duo were playing together with Trump Cat when Mel told them that they’ll be going out and they needed to get ready. ‘Where are we going?’ ‘We’re going to a special spot for a picnic.’ ‘A picnic?’ ‘ Yes…’ ‘Can I come along?’ Trump Cat asked. ‘Sure, the more the merrier.’ ‘Yaaay, Trump Cat happy, happy Trumpy!’. Mel instructed the duo and Trump Cat to get ready as she set the table up.

“What will we eat?”

“It will be a surprise.”

Oats put on his pink cardigan and coat along with his shoes and his ribbon as Corey put on his jacket with bats on the back as well as his shoes and Trump Cat packed his favorite things as the duo saw the floating van outside and headed off to the garage to hop on board. The van took off with them inside and went all through the city until it arrived at Mcdonalds, at the drive through Mel ordered some food for the duo and Trump Cat. Trump Cat of course being Trumpish ordered double because he was trumpy. ‘I would like two of this order please.’ Trump Cat added. After paying for the food the group, Mel sat back as the van continued to go through the city until it arrived at the park.

The van parked itself at the entrance of the park, and the group got out, they brought chairs with them and they all sat down in a nice shady spot as they had their lunch. Trump Cat was glad to have come along on this…’These are the best burgers I ever had’...he announced, as he ate his cheeseburger and fries and also had a drink. Corey and Oats saw some birds flying by and decided to call to them by mimicking their calls, after they had their lunch the duo decided to go through a little walk through the woodland area.

As they walked through the woodlands they saw numerous species of birds and also even aaw some insects, that’s when they saw some shimmering lights and followed the lights, becoming half fairy-like beings as they explored the woodlands. They took part in various quests in the woodlands including fighting off monsters, and answering riddles and solving puzzles.

Trump Cat found himself being treated like a king which he really liked and he liked coming across the little secret area and sitting on the throne, and he liked following the others and discovering treasures and learning. ‘I like this place.’ Oats and Corey came across a little area with a playground in which they played around in it and met some webkinz animal friends, Oats whinnied as he saw some unicorn kids playing with a ball and he used some magic to help them.

Throughout the trip they discovered a river with eels in it and after that they played around with the unicorn kids, Oats befriended them and got to take part in a few dance routines. Of course Mel went for a walk down the path while the group played around.

And a couple of hours later Mel gestured to them to come with her back to the van and they all hopped in the floating van and headed home, once they headed home they had another mini-adventure and played webkinz with their friends and worked on stories. Throughout the afternoon and evening they had a lovely time.

“Do you think we’ll have another one soon?”

“I think we have.”

And thus with that the new mini-adventure began and later that evening they all snuggled up and played together, Corey met up with Alcina and kissed her. The cute microbial couple snuggled up at bedtime and had a magical night-time adventure as well, Trump Cat also got to have an adventure with them too. Sometimes adventures can start and end in places we normally wouldn’t think of to look.
