As you know our favorite duo go on all sorts of magical adventures together and the stories of their adventures were legendary and amazing, even when it’s the other microbes in the bedbox the adventures are amazing and this adventure is no different, one afternoon Corey and Oats were pretending to be movie critics watching movies on the laptop with their owner Mel.

“Would you like to make a tv show like this, Oatsie?”

“I sure would…Corey, can you ask her?”

Corey asked Mel if they could have their own movie review show where they talk about their own adventures,  Mel agreed to help with the project and she used a special magical item to conjure up a studio for Corey and Oats to make a show in.  The duo walked into the studio which also took them to a movie theater, in a sequence which mirrored the opening of At The Movies With Siskel and Ebert with the duo going into a movie theater. ‘Ladies and gentlemen, microbes and equines…we present to you, Sneak Preview Theater with Corey and Oats.’

The posters on the walls of the theater were for adventures of theirs which were made to be mirroring different types of movie poster styles, ‘Oats and Corey's Galactic Journey’ featured a Star Wars inspired font for the title and the duo dressed in Jedi outfits with quite a few aliens in the background…signifying that the adventure was going to be Star Wars themed, ‘Visit to The Horror Museum’ was made to emulate an 1980’s horror movie in terms of its design with Corey and Oats walking around in the Mystic Museum in Burbank,  The Smallest Koala was depicted as a cute Disney movie poster with Bilby the koala depicted as a Blinky Bill-esque character. ‘This week on Sneak Preview Theatre with Corey and Oats, we will show you these upcoming features and more.’

The first two ‘features’ were upcoming adventures that were shown on the screen, the first trailer was for a musical pony movie called ‘The Princess of the Flowery Forests’ about the Furreal pony known as Cinnamon with the release-date of December 10th, followed by another trailer for a movie called ‘Pop Culture Beach Journey’ which was about Corey and Oats returning to Retrospace and going on a quirky journey along Takupuna beach.

“I am looking forward to that motion picture..”

‘I am looking forward to seeing Cinnamon’s movie. I hear she’s quite a talented young equine actress and very pretty.’  ‘But the movie of the year we’ve all been waiting for is a sequel to one of our earlier adventures.’  

A trailer played on screen for a movie titled ‘Corey and Oats in..Return to Weta Workshop’ which was a sequel to the Weta Workshop Adventure they went on, it showed all of the familiar cast of characters from the previous adventure returning along with the duo, and it showed new transformations and new companion characters.

As the two did their preview show together, they found themselves transforming into numerous forms and they found themselves interacting with the characters from the movies, and they levitated in the air as if by magic.  ‘This is the magic of the movies.’ ‘Yep it sure is, but this is no special effect, this is real magic.’

Corey chuckled as he saw some spaceships whiz past…another trailer popped up on the screen, a trailer that was made to be very much a Grindhouse style trailer for an upcoming production called ‘Canadian Aykroyd Massacre’,  which featured Dan Aykroyd characters. “Look at those Aykroyds running around and transforming everyone into Were-Aykroyds.’  ‘There’s going to be a twist at the end of thiat feature but we’re not going to give it away.’  ‘All these features and more are coming to you, we hope you will enjoy them.’ ‘Oh yes…so don’t touch that remote, don’t turn off your computer and don’t go anywhere.’

The duo got out of the seats and performed a musical number complete with a music video on the screen using scenes from their previous adventures popped up on screen.  The duo sang and danced together before the show ended and Mel cheered them on, she hugged  them.

“Mommy…this is so much fun.”

“I’m glad you love it.”

Oats trotted around the studio, going into the dressing room and putting on various dresses and applying makeup on himself and modeling. ‘Mommy, do I need this eyeliner to be pretty?’  ‘Of course you don’t, you’re fine as you are.’ ‘Yaaay!’.

“Mommy, you make me have such happy joy joy files.”

Corey ran around in the dressing room as well, that’s where he saw Alcina who told him she had been seeing his show and that she loved him, after they had finished doing all the episodes of their show the sent the episodes to the friends and posted them on Youtube where they became viral superstars.

After celebrating with their friends they decided to follow Mel as they arrived back home in Nile Road, where they watched their show on Youtube and watched as more than a 100 views came in.  They had some nice food for afternoon tea and also for dinner.

A couple of hours later after dinner they relaxed and had fun, and when it was time for bed Corey and Oats followed Mel to the bedroom and put on their nightclothes and brushed their teeth in the bathroom before snuggling up with her and saying goodnight,  as she cuddled them and their pegasus bed turned into a tram car that took on them on a tour of their very own studio where they greeted all their fans backstage and had a backstage party.
