Piff Gets His Own Back

Everyone’s favorite duo known as Corey and Oats went on many adventures both online and in the world around them and even in their imagination, and they always were up for new adventures and looking for inspiration for adventures. One day the gang were all at their house in Nile Road when Piff remembered that he had been on Get Your Own Back a couple of times and he had enjoyed it and after seeing a video from Daren Stratten (one of Adam Hughes’s friends) in which Darren went on the show to get back at Robbie Williams for traumatizing him when he was a kid (the Rock DJ video terrified him as a kid) and he thought it be fun to do it as well.

So that day after morning tea they all gathered together and Piff used some magic to create a special portal to the online world which they all jumped through and they arrived at the online universe realm selection screen, Piff of course knew which one to choose and he selected Yyond City and they all jumped through the portal a second time and it took them all the way to Vyond City.

When they arrived in Vyond City, they looked for the television studio and Piff spotted, he excitedly ran towards the entrance as the doors opened and he smiled as he saw the guides standing by the sets. He saw the Get Your Own Back set and smiled as he guided the gang over to it.

Mel could understand why Piff was so excited and she looked around,  Piff cheered when Dave Benson Phillips appeared, even though he had been on the show he was still awestruck to meet him. ‘Mel tells me when she was little she used to watch your shows and she has fond memories of you.’  ‘Well I am glad to have given Mel some great memories.’

They all decided to go on the show and Piff smiled as he danced up and he told Dave that he wanted to get his own back against a particular Youtuber in Youtube City for making a disturbing thalassophobia video, the Youtuber was named DeepSeaMaster.  ‘Why do you want to get your back on him, Piff?’  ‘When I was watching fish videos with my friends I saw a scary fish video of a giant anglerfish jumping out at someone on a boat and it traumatized me.’

“Oh come on,  I was just trying to entertain people.”

“By spreading misinformation on fish that wouldn’t even touch humans?”

‘Well then,  let’s get started.’  Piff and DSM both got ready as the game began and Dave explained the rules of the game and asked the first trivia question..’What is the name of the Full Moon Features production that features a sea monster that had its design used in a Beetleborgs episode?’   ‘Uhhh…Toxic Avenger?’  ‘Wrong,  the correct answer is Kraaa the Sea Monster!’

Piff pulled the first lever which caused DSM to get covered in snot.  ‘Your next question is, which Stephen King movie is not based on one of his novels?’  ‘Uhhh..Lawnmower Man?’  ‘That is another wrong answer, the correct answer is Sleepwalkers.’  Piff pulled the second lever which caused DSM to get covered in lumpy school custard.

“Nice going Piff.”

“Thanks  Dave,  i’ve always wanted to do this.”

“I’m glad I can help you get your own back.”

‘Your last question is…what creature that lives in water is a fish but also can walk on land?’  ‘Uhhh…frogs?’ ‘Wrong, the answer is mudskipper.’ Piff pulled the lever which activated a trap door which DSM fell into and landed in the tank of R.A.W (Really Awful Waste) and the crowd cheered as Piff won.

Dave gave Piff a trophy and some prizes as they all had lunch together and some snacks before they played together at an arcade, an hour later they all decided to hang out with Adam Hughes and his hero team the Adamantiums,  which was followed by a game session of sorts.  After their game session Piff and all the gang said goodbye to Dave and goodbye to Adam and his gang of heroes as they all jumped through the exit portal.

Upon jumping through the exit portal they all arrived back at Nile Road just in time to get ready for dinner as Piff made some Japanese food for dinner and they all played games afterwards as Piff and Tangie went fishing and caught a lot of fish,  as Mel emailed Jill about their adventure - Piff smiled as he presented Tangie with a giftbox.

Which was followed by the gang having a karaoke session together and playing games together before they all relaxed with a relaxation session of sorts including Piff and Tangie’s favorite relaxation session activities including Tangie’s bathbomb scent guessing game as they all got ready for bed.

Corey put on his bat pajamas as Oats put on his princess nightgown as they all brushed their teeth and Piff initiated a special version of the closedown sequence which depicted the animated pufferfish go  on a gentle theme park attraction which was shaped like a flying bed,  the flying bed took the pufferfish took him although the ride as the background shifted from day to night as he brushed his teeth and his clothes morphed into pajamas,  followed by the goodnight message appeared on screen.

Piff smiled as he floated into bed and kissed Tangie and gave the goodnight speech which was of course…’We had a spectacular adventure today and I got to be on a fun gameshow and meet one of my owner’s favorite childhood heroes,  I won and got my own back on a Youtuber who was spreading misinformation about deep sea fish and now we are ready for dreams of the sweet kind, goodnight.’

Anglo turned off the light as they all drifted off to sleep and had sweet dreams including Piff who dreamed of hanging out with the Adamantiums and sharing his adventures with them, and thus their adventure was over but more are coming up, so stay tuned.
