Piff’s Horror AU Spoof Movie

Everyone’s favorite duo known as Corey and Oats were always up for new adventures and as such they often had the best and most fun adventures with Piff the pufferfish, one day Piff was looking through songs on Youtube and Tiktok when he saw shorts he did not like, ones depicting horror AUs of kid-friendly properties and that is when he gathered everyone together and began to work on an idea.  ‘Everyone, I have an idea.’  ‘What kind of idea?’ ‘I know Mel hates these as much as I do, so i’m going to do what i’ve done before and parody them but as a movie.’ 

The gang all approved of Piff’s spoof movie and they knew that his idea would be a good one, as he opened up a special portal in the wall with some magic. ‘Yeah, Not Another Revenge Fic Movie was a hit and I thought, why not do an Infection/horror AU parody movie in a similar vein?’ ‘Good thinking, Piffy.’

They all jumped through the portal and arrived in the online world of Vyond City, where Piff made a magical movie studio appear and he walked over to it. The Adamantiums just happened to be near the arcade and he asked them to be part of his movie, to which they all said yes, after lunch and a bit of fun around in the studio Piff worked on the script for this movie of his - the plot being a parody of typical infection AU storylines but with spoofs of public domain horror movies and creepypastas.

The Adamantiums as well as Mel and her friends were cast as the groups of heroes that fought against an infection of bad horror AUs that were spread via viral videos on Youtube,  as Piff filmed the movie with his very own crew and explained how it would work. ‘The plot is about these strange viral videos that go around infecting innocent characters in the videos and corrupt innocent kid friendly media into twisted nightmarish versions of themselves and these are videos and not an infection but everyone thinks they are official.’

As he filmed and worked on the movie with all his friends, the movie came to life as cursed Smartphones started playing these twisted horror AU video parodies that infected whatever kids show was featured in said universe,  it showed a twisted version of Pingu being possessed by an ice demon and forced to sacrifice his little sibling,  a Fireman Sam horror AU where a smoke that spread out throughout Pontypandy nearly caused to become possessed by fire demons and it turned out that the fire demon was actually the fault of Norman Price (because it was based on the CGI Fireman Sam series),  a Power Rangers one where it was just the result of a monster that preys on the fears of others like the rangers and makes them fight evil nightmarish versions of themselves.

Followed by a parody of Winnie the Pooh Blood and Honey but it instead of Pooh it was Zippy and George from Rainbow,  the parody was set in a couple of different time periods, the late 70s when the original series of Rainbow first aired, the 90s (when the revival series came out) and the present day and it focused around someone who had grown up as a huge fan of the show and the characters, and it had the ‘horror’ aspect be the lovable duo were part of a cult but George didn’t have it in him to kill anyone, which was followed by a fake freakendope movie trailer parody called ‘The Night The Edgy Freakendopes Invaded’ which had the tagline…’They’re like werecreatures but they’re edgier and dumber’  which showed a group of members of a freakendope cult complaining that a movie about them was vilifying them and portraying them as pent up weirdos and edgelord wannabes,  followed by them taking over the studio making the film.  Of course in truly comedic style it showed them getting their butts kicked at the end.

Followed by a parody of Lost Episodes creepypastas where it was just a normal episode of a horror centric tv show and nothing changed,  an animated parody short that parodied Meatcanyon and there were lots of fun parodies throughout, the gang all had lunch and some snacks as they continued making the movie, when they continued working on it they kept adding to the plot and doing more parodies

This would lead up to the continuation of the plot and towards the big finale which would lead to the plot twist…’There’s only one way to stop this.’  ‘What do we do?’  ‘We laugh at these dumb AUs.’  The hero groups in the story laughed at the infection AUs and other horror AUs because they thought they were so stupid and it made the AUs lose their power before they all unsubscribed and the content in general was purged for good, and then came the twist. ‘And so that’s my latest novel,  it’s called The Decaying of the Mind.’

The camera panned out to show Stephen King at a publishing office having just published said novel and he was showing it to a group of publishers working for a horror magazine.  ‘Stephen, you’ve done it again.’  ‘Out of all the things you’ve made scary, viral youtube and tiktok videos have to be one of the most realistic.’  ‘So do you like it?’ ‘Yes.’ ‘Oh yes, we certainly do.’

The end credits of the movie played as everyone cheered, Piff showed the movie at the Vyond City cinema and everyone enjoyed it including the stars of the movie, Suku was also in attendance of the movie and he could not stop laughing.  The movie titled Horror Infection Movie which was done as a parody of infection AUs, the freakendope community,  public domain horror and creepypastas and internet age horror in genre was done in the style of Scary Movie while also having elements similar to Kentucky Fried Movie.

Suku posted a review of the movie on Letterboxd…’This movie is so crazy and unpredictable, and I loved it, I loved the parody trailers and even more how the plot of the movie very much took place in Maine. Seriously the scene with Piff fighting off rabid Sylvanian Families characters where it turned out they weren’t rabid at all,  was pure comic gold. Another brilliant spoof movie from Piff.’

They all had afternoon tea together and some snacks, before playing around for a little and even hanging out with fans at the premiere and a couple of hours later after the Alanastiums tried to hijack the movie theater,  a grand time was had by all.  When it was time for the gang to live, Piff used another portal and the gang all jumped through it and arrived home back at Nile Road.

When they entered the lounge Piff made some japanese food for dinner and after dinner Mel emailed Jill about their adventure,  Piff and Tangie went fishing and caught a lot of fish,  this was followed by a karaoke session and some games before they all joined in Piff’s relaxation session with Tangie,  which consisted of their favorite wholesome fish themed relaxation activities including ASMR and Tangie’s bathbomb guessing game.

Which was followed by Corey putting on his bat pajamas and Oats putting on his princess nightgown as they all brushed their teeth, Piff initiated the closedown sequence which depicted the animated pufferfish making the closedown sequence and picking out a bedroom to use for the big ending as his clothes morphed into pajamas and the background transitioned into a night one and he yawned as he floated into the bedroom and chose the bed to sleep in as he drifted off to sleep and the goodnight message appeared on screen.

Piff floated into bed and kissed Tangie and said the goodnight speech which was: ‘We have had quite the experience making my latest movie and it is a hit with all the fish and non-fish citizens, I hope you enjoyed the movie too, goodnight to you all.’

Anglo turned off the light as they all drifted off to sleep and had sweet dreams including Piff who dreamed of making even more movies, as their adventure had come to a close.
