I am going to outright state what my opinion on celebrity tf is...not beating around the proverbial bush, I am going to say...dude/dudette/whatever pronoun you use, it's fiction for a reason and if you don't like it...fine, you don't have to like it. I myself don't find anything to do with Changed, Jojo's Bizzare Adventure, Fire Emblem or Skyrim appealing but I don't berate those who like them, I don't love or hate Jojo, I appreciate some parts of it like the vampirism and let's face it i'd watch anything vampire that ISN'T True Blood, Vampire Diaries, Being Human, Twilight, From Dusk Till Dawn: The Series or Supernatural and also the theme naming. And yeah I would likely ask...'why?' I wouldn't berate the people that do like Jojo or shows like it, I just don't like it or hate it. Look I disagree with that recent TF-IRL post about celebrity tfs to be honest, look it's fiction, haven't you idiots heard of suspension of disbelief? Look Nathan has done deceased celebrities before. I mean he used to do a whole fic series involving turning into a monster version of Elvis Presley and he has done Michael Jackson more than once, and yes...he was kind of iffy about doing Michael Jackson and John Candy because both of them were so beloved that he was afraid of possibly ruining their good name if he did it, and i've seen Marilyn tgs...a LOT, and Bette Davis. He did Robin Williams quite a bit and also did John Belushi a couple of times including a duo one with Dan Aykroyd and he did Glenn Shadix and also David Bowie on multiple occassions.

Look I am just stating if you dislike this stuff, maybe you should be focusing on stuff you like as oppose to what upsets you. And also dude, real person fiction does actually exist, especially on fanfiction dot net. And it's not pornographic or anything. I haven't seen anyone do tgs into famous playboy models or anything, yes Nathan did do Carmen Electra and Pamela Anderson but out of those two I don't think Carmen is a playboy model. They have posed for Playboy but aren't models. I am sorry but I think Nathan would feel attacked by that TF-IRL post about celebrity tfs.

I am just saying it's fiction, turning into a movie character that is played or voiced by an actor or actress is kind of the same thing as turning into that actor or actress only it's a character they played or voiced instead. Then again I am glad Nathan quit Reddit anyway. Also 'identity theft'? Yeah i'm sorry, but turning INTO that person doesn't equal identity theft since the actual person still exists. I mean it's like in Last Action Hero, Arnold is playing a character who is a parody of the type of characters the actual Arnold plays and Arnold is also himself in the movie, no not in the movie that is featured within the movie but the movie itself.

Taking on the form of Linnea Quigley doesn't mean Linnea is dead or that there isn't a Linnea, in fact in the Monster World with the were-celebrity stuff it is explained that the people who become that celeb are still themselves and they don't have that celebrity's personality or memories. In that one instance when I was turned into Robert Z'Dar I was still partially myself, it's just that Z'Dar makes my berserk side a bit more aggressive than normal and it's one of the only one occassions in which i'm genuinely a villain.

Yes, Nathan did do Trump but it wasn't actual Donald Trump, it was a version of him as a monster. The Trump-monsters are based on his own depictions of the former presidents and were made to be a homage to Garbage Pail Kids which had their own line of Trump parody cards. A lot of what we do here is SATIRE, and yes there are some stupid people that think otherwise but I don't care for those type of people because they are toxic and...hey, it was because of people like them that Nathan for a brief time went on a suicide subreddit because those people made him feel like he should hate himself for supposedly being a terrible person.

Do you know any of the celebs that have tfs made of them? No? Then why are you trying to speak for them? I am sorry, but no. There are a lot of famous people who actually can take a joke and have a sense of humor about themselves. This whole bullshit is like that one time they should Dr Seuss's widow should sue Nathan just because he had a grinch fursona. I'm sorry but what? Audrey Geisel wouldn't even be remotely offended by it, heck she approved of the live-action Grinch, and besides we know that she banned exclusively live-action adaptations of her late husband's work NOT fan-art/fanfiction or animated adaptations or tv shows. And besides we know the reason she did it was because of the live-action Cat in the Hat. Although I wonder how she'd feel about that movie now that it's become a meme.

I am saying this as a fictional character and a werecelebrity, I get it, you find this type of thing to be unnerving or whatever but why go on and over about how much you hate it, at least with celebrity tfs you know what those celebrities look like and to me they are harmless as long as it's not say a dictator, a Youtube star who has gotten into legal trouble, or a historical figure or a serial killer. Historical figures are different since we don't know what they actually look like outside of portraits and what we know about them from history classes, half of the time when you see something relating to Cleopatra she is always depicted in the same way and never as she actually looked.

I was once like these people, I was against female celebrity tfs and male to female tfs in general because they all seemed to be 'male character loses private parts, becomes a mindless sex crazed bimbo' at least when I looked through some of htem, and that's the kind of female tf that Mel gets offended by (and not just because she is female herself) but then I discovered some really good ones that got me really interested in the subject. And then Nathan found Dr Jekyll and Ms Hyde and well to say both of us fell for Sean Young and simp over her even though she's insane...would be beyond accurate. Our taste in women is rather ecclectic.

It is just fiction and if you are willing to just to turn your skeptical brain off and enjoy it for what is, you'll like it. If your coping mechanism is make a post directly saying you find it to be horrifying or whatever, you need a new one. The TF-IRL Subreddit was too poluted with Puro/Changed related shit anyway.
