Peanut Goes Home

NOTE: This was supposed to come right after ‘Peanut’s Last Sleepover Day’ but due to being busy this week this fic didn’t come to fruition.

Corey and Oats went on many adventures with their friends including Piff the pufferfish and recently in the previous long weekend Peanut the pufferfish who belonged to Rachel had come to spend time with the gang and of course with Piff,  the sleepover special going all the way from Thursday and ending on Monday.

The following Tuesday,  was going to be the day that Peanut’s sleepover mini-series had reached its conclusion. That morning the gang all woke up with Piff and Tangie and with Peanut,  Peanut was feeling a bit upset because he knew he was going to have to go back home to his owner, but Piff reassured him that the fun was not not entirely over yet,  as many more adventures were likely going to come up in the future and that the fun was only just starting.

After morning tea they all played together and spent time together before having lunch and going on a mini-adventure together,  Peanut realized he was blessed to have a pal like Piff and they all hung out together.  Piff showed Peanut the magical bedbox and the magic that came from it as well as the online realm selection portal,  he gave Peanut some special magical items he could use.

“You mean I can use the magic whenever I want?”

“Yes, that’s what the magic is for.”

“Thanks Piffy.”

The gang all expressed that they loved Peanut and Piff also explained how he taught him so many new things and that he wrote a song for him, the first adventure the gang all went on was a trip to Kelly Tarlton’s,  followed by a trip to Aotea Square where Piff showed Peanut the magnificence  known as Airship Orchestra,  followed by a trip to the Claw & Art place in Hurstmere in Takapuna.

Which was followed by a dance session together,  and they all played games for a couple of hours before helping Peanut get ready to go home.  Peanut was still a little upset about leaving but Piff assured him he was likely to come back again soon and they all had fun.

Followed by afternoon tea and some games before getting ready to have dinner together,  they all had a lovely dinner together and played games as Piff, Peanut and Tangie had one last fishing outing together (well by that I mean it was the last one in the mini-series of them having a sleepover fishing outing, not in general) as Mel emailed Jill about their adventure.

Peanut played some games with the gang before finally getting ready to go home, Rachel smiled as Peanut jumped into her arms, exclaiming how much he loved his sleepover with his favorite friends,  Piff said goodbye to Peanut and Peanut broke down in tears but quickly calmed down as he and Rachel floated off and said goodbye.

Which was followed by the gang having a relaxation session and playing games together before Piff and Tangie did their favorite relaxation activities including bathbomb sniffing, ASMR and ‘guess the bathbomb scent’, as Oats put on his princess nightgown and Corey put on his bat pajamas.

With Peanut he had floated all the way back to his home with his owner Rachel and he floated into the bedroom as he put on his blue coral print pajamas and brushed his teeth as he looked at Rachel’s phone and looked at photos of Piff.  He brushed his teeth and floated into bed as he thought about how he really enjoyed the sleepover.

In the Nile Road house everyone brushed their teeth as Piff activated the closedown sequence which featured the animated fish couple in a colorful manga inspired underwater world as the background shifted from day to night as their clothes morphed into night clothes as they floated into a fish themed bed and the goodnight materialized on screen.

Which was followed by Peanut over in Rachel’s house doing his very own closedown sequence that he depicted as a colorful storybook depicting the sky shifting from day to night as an animated pufferfish resembling him floated into a colorful dream-house as a goodnight message materialized on screen.  Back at Nile Road, Piff floated into bed and kissed Tangie as he gave the goodnight speech which was: ‘We had to say goodbye to our friend Peanut because it was his last day today due to him going home to his owner but we aren’t sad because more adventures are coming up, so stay tuned. Goodnight everyone.’

At Rachel’s house Piff did the same thing as he floated into bed and snuggled up and gave the goodnight message…’Well I had the best sleepover adventure and it has over 4 days of fun and sleeping with all my friends at their home and of course Piff showed me so much fun.  I cannot wait to do it again.  And I have a feeling I will do it again. Goodnight everyone.’  ‘Who are you talking to Peanut?’  ‘Oh, our friends of course.’

He drifted off to sleep as he turned off the light and drifted off to sleep, dreaming of the adventures he had with his friends, and back at Nile Road the gang all drifted off to sleep as Anglo turned off the light and they also had sweet dreams,  Piff even dreaming of future adventures with Peanut.

And thus the adventure on both sides had come to an end but more are coming up, so stay tuned.
