A Different Kind Of Man-Beast.

A Different Kind Of Man-Beast. Mel to Roman Craig (The Great Outdoors) FTM TG/Were-theme. Featuring that Werebelushi In The Shades, speaking of that character this story gives us a little bit of a history behind him...specifically a history of being a former trouble-maker. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Mel the koala-girl and her best friend Eucalyptus were an adorkable anthro koala duo that fangirled over a lot of different actors and characters,  and in Eukie's case it was Dan Aykroyd. If you were to ask Eukie which actor she'd consider dating or falling in love with -  you'd hear 'Oh definitely Dan Aykroyd.'  In her half of the apartment, you'd find a ton of Dan Aykroyd movies and merch including homemade ones.  One night the two of them were in the media room part of the apartment, sorting out the movie collection.  'This is definitely better than the selection at the Monster Mart video store.'  'How so?'  'At least this one has a comedy section ...

The Tale Of Dr Sanders and Mr Jagger

The Tale Of Dr Sanders and Mr Jagger Mel to Mick Jagger ftm tg. ~~~~~~~~~~~~ Sometimes being Oakendale's resident monster-slayer has a ton of perks to it and sometimes there are disadvantages to it,  and that's exactly the problem that Mel had when it came to her powers...while she could shapeshift at will and could use her super strength to her advantage,  the disadvantages came in the form of the were-celeb transformations especially the first time,  it was always involuntarily and couldn't be controlled and she had to keep her were-celeb powers a secret from Lithius just in case he might think ill of her.  One night she was trying hard to figure out exactly why she kept having dreams of becoming her were-celeb sides,  and she was going through various papers and using her laptop to find a solution. She didn't want to be cured of the were-celeb powers but at the time she just wanted to be able to keep them under control,  but it was never easy...she...

WB Rants: NOA.

Werebelushi: Ah yes,   time for another Night Of Alterations episode review/rant.  The last episode I reviewed was that embarrassing zoo/freak-show episode and now an new episode has just aired this season which I hear hasn't been given good reviews.   This episode is 'Underwater And No Place To Go'.      Greetings monster lovers I am your host That Werebelushi In The Shades and welcome to another one of my rants.    The rant is on the episode Underwater and No Place To Go. The episode starts with a field trip...ah yes,  field trip episodes.  Night Of Alterations often does these seemingly innocent field trip episodes that turn into field trips from hell as soon as something goes wrong,   in this one a class of students is going to the new aquarium that has been getting good press and they go to check it out.    I have to admit the animation and visuals for the fish in the aquarium scenes are spectacular,...

WB Rants: Loudness.

Werebelushi: Well...it's been quite a while since I did another one of these isn't it?  Indeed it has but now i'm back for another werebelushi rant and today's rant is about that stupid little rule known as the 'Not Too Loud' rule.   I understand why they do this in libraries and hospitals and other public places,  but for the life of me I don't get why they have to apply this to their own homes,  I mean sure...if you have really young kids or have relatives staying over or something I can see why you'd do that,  but  here's the thing...those people are loud too, the kids are loud and chatty and sometimes scream to get attention,  if they're teenagers they listen to extremely loud music either on the PC or on their phones - granted they have headphones,  but still...and relatives can be obnoxious and noisy too. 'Not too loud'?   I don't know if you know this but your parents are the LOUDEST damn thing in the entire house,  y...

WB Presents: Ugly Truth.

Werebelushi: Hello everyone and welcome to a very special episode of Werebelushi rants,  in which in this episode I will be doing a segment called 'The Hideous Truth'.   And what better franchise to use for this than Skylanders?  Now please don't be offended when I say this but...I don't get the appealing of these stinking things at all,   I know kids and stupid collectors like these little figurines but I don't,  especially since...it's time for the hideous truth...they're nothing but wastes of time and they do NOTHING.   Yeah,  you can play as them in the game but once you realize that the whole gimmick of the games is to sell toys,  then yeeeah, you've just wasted valuable money on toys that are essentially useless and playing as the characters they represent in the game doesn't change much.  Before you ask,  this is opinion based so please stop crying. And it really is a cheap gimmick,  so you're telling me that in order to full...

WB Rants: NOA episodes.

Werebelushi: Hello everyone,   i'm that werebelushi in the shades and welcome to my very first/rant review of 2018...whew!   Today's rant is about another new Night Of Alterations episode, this time it is a double feature episode...oh boy,  two episodes in one.   As you recall I have ranted about two episodes of the current season thus far and well..one of them was terrible and the other was okay but had good special effects,  this time... well,  we'll just have to find out for ourselves. So follow me down the path of the unknown as we talk about the episodes 'Test Subject' and 'Living In Art',   the episode 'Test Subject' begins with our characters waiting in line for a cruise of some kind,   so far we got a good start -  the characters are quite likable and I like our protagonist,  he seems like the kind of character that I could get along with,  once the characters get on the cruise,  they get assigned with some kind of rese...

WB Rants: RP Characters.

Werebelushi: Hello everyone and welcome to another installment of Werebelushi rants and oh boy have I got a doozy for you today,   you know that I love to interact with other monsters online and take part in  RP sessions, right?   Well one of my pet peeves is certain types of RPers, specifically ones that seem to do the same thing over and over and then try to shove it down your throat and make you accept that they're doing this.  I'm not going to name names  but let's just say that there is this one user who does this and it's annoying,  and there are types that always seem to do this one particular quirk of theirs over and over. Like this one character who keeps running away from home because apparently they dislike their own parents enough to not even include them in the storyline at all and to the point that they go off and wind up accepting a monster they haven't even know for more than a minute as their real parent.  Don't you even t...
