 How To Make A Piff Adventure

Hello humans and sea-creatures of all species and welcome to a very special guide on how to make your own Piff and your own Piffy adventures, firstly you need to know what or who Piff is, Piff is an anthropomorphic pufferfish with a lovable personality that I have been using in my videos and because Piff is my extra special friend,  I think he should be the one to show you how it’s done, right Piffy? (Piff: Right you are, so let’s get started).

Step 1: Making Your Very Own Piff.

Piff:  The first step is how to make your very own me (yay) and luckily i’m going to show you how, because I am Piff.  The first thing you must do is generate an image of what you want me to look like, the one my owner uses is called Bing Image Generator and you can use any style you want in the prompt,  or use one of the adorable pictures of me as your inspiration.  The key to this prompt is ‘an anthromorphic pufferfish wearing a kimono’  but you can give me any costume you want,    you can put me in any scenario but remember to respect the lore of my universe please (and no hateful imagery).  

When you create me,  remember to save the image so you may upload it as a reference of your magical video tool of choice.  My owner uses Pixverse, Haillou and Vidu.  (Authors’s note: To get your own physical embodiment of Piff, you can find him in physical stores and online in places like Toy World and in aquarium gift shops, you can also look at places SoftDaysLabs for other fish friends, I found mine at Kelly Tarlton’s).  

Step 2: Setting Up An Adventure.

Piff:  Now that you have created your very own Piffy it is time to think of and create the adventure, now the adventure can be any kind of adventure you can think of and can come from any source of inspiration.  For example, my owner’s adventure about me discovering a twin pufferfish named Suku who has similar tastes to me came from a simple mistake the video making AI magic tool made which resulted in a doppelganger of me manifesting in the video, which lead to the creation of ‘Suku’ and the Piff Fan club.   Sure you COULD just drop your very own Piffy in a MOTAT exhibition and just say ‘Piff and the gang looked at the exhibits at the museum’ and call it a day but wouldn’t it be more fun to do it like this?  ‘Even though Mel did not like the idea of taking the gang to MOTAT due to it being not a fun place to do, she had decided to chaperone the gang and take them on an outing to that museum.  Piff was not sure at first but he and Tangie were able to use magic to bring mechanical creatures to life and they traversed through a cybernetic maze.’  See?  Now THAT is how to do a Piffy adventure.

Sometimes places all around me have inspired the Piff adventures I star in, for example The Golden Lotus Bathroom store that is in the same area as where my owner used to go to school was the setting of the adventure where I met Suku,  Kelly Tarlton’s was the setting of not only the first story I ever appeared in as a character but also where I proposed to Tangie, and that’s only just half of the locales.  Anywhere can be an inspirational place for your Piffy adventure, even if it’s not in the same country as you, and when you’ve got your adventure created in your head, it is time to bring it to life.

Step 3: Bringing It To Life

Piff:  This is the third step on your guide to bringing your own Piff adventures to life and in this step this is where you can use magical AI skills to bring them to life,  for bringing them to life as a book or even a comic you can use Microsoft Designer or Canva,  for animating said images and making them into video form you can use a number of tools (but remember to use image to video, not text to video) but the afforementioned ones I have discussed are Pixverse, Haillou, Vidu and Kling among others and if you want to make a Piffy song you can use Suno.

And you can be as crazy as you like with your adventures,  so get going and get showing off just how fishy your Piffy can be.

Step 4: Sharing and Hyping Up Your Piffy.

Piff:  Now that you have created your very own Piffy adventure it is time to hype up your adventure and share it with your friends,  my owner uses sites like Deviantart, Blogger, Tumblr and Wordpress and Furaffinity to publish stories about me and makes songs for me using Suno and you can do the same too.  Of course you want people to know that this is a whole different species of video that is way better than Blippi, misleading ‘this animal is dangerous’ videos,  Infection AUs that infest your Tiktok feed,  fake werecreature fandom stuff,  those animated nursery rhyme videos and whatever ‘Smart Little Elephant’ is supposed to be doing,  in fact this is an experience your friends will not regret clicking on.

They will not regret clicking on a Pifffy video and will instantly want to learn more, remember to engage with fans about Piffy content and ask questions and give them fun challenges,  e.g ‘what place in the world would you want Piff to visit?’  ‘Which Piffverse song do you think would make for a great story?’  ‘If you could spend a day with Piff, where would you choose to take him?’  and give them options they can pick.  Remember, your fans want to get to KNOW the maker behind the fish as well so teach them how you use your workflow in harmony with the Piff character to bring the character to life.  Youtube, Instagram and Tiktok are great for this, and when you are done, you can make as many as you like but the most important rule is to enjoy yourself.

Final Step:  Enjoying the Piffiness

 

Piff:  We did it, congratulations, you have made your very own Piffy content for all to enjoy and watch over and over and if you want to make a list of all of the Piffy adventures you make, you can create your own Youtube playlist.  Now that you have shared the greatness of having your own Piff you can carry on with as much Piffy antics as well as you want and even introduce friends and family members into the adventure.  My beloved owner has done such a great job of giving me personality and bringing me to life and you have done a good job of bringing your own Piff to life and I hope to see YOUR Piff adventures too.
