 TftW: A Little Too Obsessed.

Some people do get a little too far in terms of their obsession to beat their alleged parasocial rivals at certain things and sometimes we all need to wind down, and one person who was always constantly obsessed was Alan Huntington, Alan was obsessed with trying to make Adam Hughes look like an idiot and he would stop at nothing to do it.

One evening he and the other Alanastiums had found a magical item in the mail called the ‘one wish willow’,  he knew that this willow was from the movie ‘Obsession’ and that it could grant your deepest desire so he picked up the willow and wished….’I wish that everyone in Vyond City would obsess over me and not those Adamantiums.’

He snapped the willow and waited,  at first he felt disappointed but then he felt an odd sensation as his skin slowly smoothened and lost imperfection, his green shirt was also changing to a deep shade of red and becoming a halter top.  He staggered back as he saw himself transforming…’This isn’t what I wished for.’  ‘Well someone should have known better and to be careful of what you wish for.’

Piff the pufferfish materialized behind him and explained…’Alan you wished to be obsessed over because you don’t like how much the Adamantiums are liked more than you, this is what you get.’  ‘Don’t mock me, you pathetic puffer.’  ‘Pathetic?  Who do you think you are calling me that, huh? I’m Piff the pufferfish, and you know i’m not pathetic.’

Alan gasped as his arms slenderized as did his hands shrunk and his fingernails lengthened…’You have been in so many transformation related adventures and episodes before, i’m surprised you still do not know what is happening to you.’  He gasped as his chest slenderized and a pair of breasts formed on it and his torso followed suit.

‘This is a TG adventure, which means you are changing gender. A lot of these are popular according to my owner,  but we are doing this in a different way that totally does not have characters making constant jokes about other franchises the entire time, because those get really annoying, like get to the actual thing the audience wants to see, not some randos making lol this was a thing in the 90s/2000s jokes.’  Piff explained as he used magic to make some playing cards appear.

‘I didn’t ask for this to happen though.’  ‘You Alanastiums are just so stubborn, you wished for people to obsess over you instead of Adam, you clearly know the movie Obsession yet you don’t know that it does not end well for anyone who wishes on the willow.’   ‘Who are you calling stubborn?’  ‘Why, you of course.’  

Alan tried to lunge towards Piff and attack him…’Woah, slow down mister. This is not the WWE and you cannot body slam me like that.  Besides, how are you supposed to learn your obvious lesson you need to learn if you don’t stand still and enjoy it?’  ‘I have no time to argue with a snarky pufferfish.’   Piff shook his head and raised an eyebrow.  ‘So many transformation magic users think they can do the fourth wall breaking wise-ass gimmick and that it is enough to make their characters interesting, but it isn’t, it’s annoying, it’s like an army of Dennis Miller wannabes.’

‘Hey, I LIKE Dennis Miller!’  Alan retorted as he saw his stomach slimming down and his pants turning into a pair of black shorts as his sandals morphed into a pair of boots, his hips flared out as his privates retracted and reformed,  he gasped as his back arched and his shoulders folded inward and his hair lengthened.

He watched as his neck lengthened, he tried to make another wish to undo the wish he had made but it did not seem to work. ‘That’s not how the willow works, Alan. It’s called the one wish willow.  This is not Fairly Oddparents or Aladdin, you know.’   He felt his face as his hair slowly turned from grey to a jet black color and his beard slowly receded into his skin as his eyebrows thinned, eyelashes blossomed around his eyes as his eyes widened.

He looked at himself and saw that he was becoming a perfect double of Nikki Freeman as his voice feminized to match his appearance as his transformation completed…’Oh my lord, i’m Nikki Freeman?’  ‘Why yes, the one wish willow did that to you and it was indeed your wish that did this to you.’   ‘Are you saying I brought this on myself?’  ‘Well yes, and I came just in time to teach you a lesson, in my own way of course.’  ‘This was all to teach me a lesson?’  ‘Yeah, a lesson in being careful what you wish for.’

‘Ugh I hate learning lessons.’   ‘I could have done the old Christmas Carol way of teaching you how to be good with the 3 ghosts cliche and everything but that has been done to death. I mean it’s always some miserly or horrible person being taught how to be nice.  The only time that has ever been done in a way that has original or clever was either Doctor Who, Blackadder or the Muppets or Disney.’

He looked in the mirror once more and he still could not believe he was the perfect doppelganger of Nikki Freeman, Piff giggled before asking…’Now have you learned your lesson?’  ‘Yes, I gotta be careful when I wish for something next time and not to be too obsessed with trying to beat the Adamantiums.’   

Piff used some magic to teleport Alan to what appeared to be a hall of horror characters, next to him in the waiting room line were Freddy Krueger, Pinhead, Art the Clown, Jason Voorhees, Pennywise, Pluto from the original Hills Have Eyes, Samara,  Annie Wilkes and many other horror icons.  ‘Well another troublemaker has learned a lesson and now I am ready to return to my owner to help her with the halloween festivities, so goodbye everyone.’

He used some magic and teleported away, leaving multiple colorful bubbles in his place before he materialized at his home in Nile Road, meanwhile Alan was in the waiting room when his number was called, the number of course being his ticket number because he had been invited to a horror villain convention and he could not wait to show off his look.

And so ends another supernatural tale from the web that originates from a place that no normal human being can ever find on the internet,  well maybe if you look within the outer limits of the online world you might end up finding out just how this story came to be, a story that can be found on the Twilight Zone area or since it’s the internet, it’s the meme zone.
