Mel’s Magnificent Aquatic Mural

NOTE: Before this story begins i’d like to say that I am sorry for being critical when it was not my turn to draw a magnificent drawing on the blackboard, I understand my opinion can be controversial and that I don’t agree with everyone else but you have to understand losing my creation was like losing my favorite child.  I can be harsh sometimes but that’s just me, and I personally believe that everyone has a right to their own opinions and it’s just mine is different, i try to be nice but I cannot sugarcoat some things.  Please accept this apology.

Corey and Oats went on many adventures together with their owner Mel and even knew how to bring creations to life with magic.  Now you may recall in the piece about Zara’s artwork Mel was not happy with her work being taken down and replaced with Zara’s and neither were her friends and she let it bother her and get to her head to the point she vilified Zara (who was normally her friend) just for doing something she personally did not like, which caused a bit of a stir.

But it did not take long for her to apologize and for the two female characters to make up, but at times it did seem like the staff was being a bit too critical. ‘I cannot play my music at a volume I can hear because some think it’s too late, I cannot buy a toy every week any more because of the money issue, I swear this house just becomes more and more like a military school every single day.’  ‘Zara calls your music loud? She should look in the mirror.’  ‘Oh yes, almost every day I hear her blasting Barney and The Wiggles from the TV either in the lounge or in the bedroom.’  ‘Don’t forget Lion Guard.’ ‘Oh yes, she just loves Lion King and acts like it’s the only Disney movie that matters.’  ‘Don’t get me wrong, it’s a good Disney movie, a classic, but it’s not the only successful movie Disney has made - I mean look at their other Disney renaissance films or even the recent ones.’

“And don’t forget how bad Ariane is.”

“Oh yes, Ariane causes plagues to happen with her music choices sometimes.”

‘Like when everyone got the High School Musical plague and thought they were in a Disney Channel original movie?’  ‘Or when everyone started talking like Belinda just because Ariane played Aussie songs?’  ‘Yeah, and don’t forget the evil Keri Oops plague that turned them all into zombies that sang that infernal Kerri Oops song.’  ‘And back to Zara, let’s not forget when she always brings home a new toy despite being told not to.’  ‘I will never forgive her for foolishly losing her ring and breaking up with Daniel.’  Anglo exclaimed.

“What about when she had a thing for Full House?”

“You mean Zara’s old sitcom hyperfixation, yeah, I definitely recall.”

“I don’t understand the Gladiators fixation either.”

“Neither do I.”

‘Why would anyone want to watch a bunch of sweaty athletes injuring themselves?’ Anglo asked. ‘Beats me.’ ‘I used to watch all that kind of thing and skating shows when I was in my rebellious/tough-girl era and when I had my brief crush on David Beckham.’ Mel responded. ‘Never knew you went through that phase.’  ‘Yeah, I went through a rebellious/tough-girl phase and was forced to take in various sports just because the others were into it, I was not a sports person.  I had a thing for David Beckham to but unlike these ladies, I moved on from him because he is married to Victoria now.’  ‘Zara is a problematic little creature isn’t she, she always disobeys her mom and her mom wants her to grow up but she still watches little kids shows.’

‘Honestly, that woman is so dangerously close to being like CWC.’  ‘Yeah, only without the internet trolls and a-logging and at least she has not done nasty things to her mother.’ ‘Yeah, if you guys don’t know who were are talking about, look it up at your own risk.’  ‘And don’t forget those ladies are such gossip hounds.’  ‘I barely understand what Carmela and Roselyn are saying when they communicate half the time. And I keep thinking that one of them is going take their face off to reveal they are an alien.’ ‘Too eccentric for you, really? Did they really say that about you? If anything, they don’t get it.’  

‘They call that eccentric? This is eccentric!’ Piff exclaimed as he danced on a platform, decked out in kabuki makeup and wearing an elaborate robe, he painted some fake blood on the sides of his face before performing an elaborate dance that was a mix of tribal wild style dance and break-dancing, emulating a death scene being played out on a stage, moaning and pretending to die as gothic music played in the background.  

‘It feels like almost of the ones that Carmela forms bonds with ones are more like aliens.’ ‘I wish subtitles existed in real life so I could understand what on earth she says.’ ‘But even though to us they are alien-like, they’re still human.’  ‘And also at times I feel like this is turning into Sex and The City. They’re always gossiping over guys, even though some of them are married.’  ‘The men you gush over probably don’t know you exist, shut up.’  ‘Yeah, and what’s with their thing for unobtainable men anyway?’  ‘I feel like nobody ever listens to me when I want to speak up.’

Now it was Mel’s turn to do a magnificent mural on the that Mel along with Corey and Oats got out the chalk and walked towards the blackboard,  she began to draw several wavy lines on the board which became the waves of the sea, she then drew several sea-creatures including Piff who was riding on a sea turtle,  the sea turtle came to life as coral and all sorts of sea life came to life in front of them.

Piff watched as he saw a blobfish dancing around on the screen as a picture of a smiling Spongebob also sprung to life,  followed by the lounge in general becoming a fantastic underwater world for all of them to play in, they saw jellyfish and all sorts of interesting species of fish.

They had morning tea before playing around in what appeared to be an ocean themed maze that they had created, as fish squishmallows all sang around the table and Piff flirted with a few female fish before turning some of them down. ‘Sorry ladies, I am taken.’  ‘Aaaw.’ Tangie swooned as she hugged Piff.

Anglo swam around and smiled at a happy anthropomorphic love themed anglerfish, as they all sang along to some catchy songs before having some lunch together, after having lunch they all went for a swim in a pool area.  They played games together and sang several songs about fish which in general made everyone smile.

“I have the feeling the fun is only getting started.”

“Oh absolutely, more is coming up.”

An hour later they had afternoon tea by a lagoon before Piff showed them his dream house which was an oriental palace with an aquarium with all the sea-creatures he caught in Webkinz on his fishing trips, and he even showed his prized possession of the Buddha-esque statue of an anthro pufferfish in a kimono meditating and the solid gold bathtub. ‘This is my best tub ever, I got it from the Holiday Wish Fish.’ ‘I remember when we met the wish fish Piff, that was a magical fishmas story.’

‘It certainly was.’ They played around for a couple of hours in a wonderful bubbly pool with lots of aquatic friends as Piff presented Tangie with an early valentines’s gift of a clam-shaped soap holder with some bath bombs shaped like goldfish. ‘Here you go Tangie, for my favorite little fish cake.’ ‘You are the sweetest pufferfish ever, my sweet little piffball.’  ‘And you are such a kind and loving fish, my sweet little Miso Zuke rolled up in nori.’ ‘And you are the best fish BF ever Piff, you are my totally sweet and adorable fugu sashimi with two spring rolls.’

“Oh you guys.”  Anglo laughed as he turned bright red. ‘Oh Piff, you and Tangie make me laugh so much with your food themed terms of endearment. And you are such a sweet and lovely lover-fish.’ ‘I know I am, I am the best lover fish ever.’  ‘You are such an adorable pair, you should do videos of each-other dancing together.’ 

“That would be lovely.”

They all went into Piff’s palace and Piff presented everyone with presents and showed them video animations of himself from his tiktok channel which showed him singing and dancing to songs like ‘Swim Taiyaki Kun’  ‘Kung Fu Fighting’  ‘In Your Wildest Dreams’  and even dancing to ‘Return to Innocence’ and ‘Sweet Lullaby’ among others,  he even showed them a special wish book that contained a lot of the wish letters that the ‘Holiday Wish Fish’ received, and he even presented Tangie with lots of gifts.

The group all swam around and played around before having dinner together, after dinner Mel emailed Jill about their adventure before Piff went on a fishing trip and brought him some fish to add to his collection.  After Piff had done that they played games and had a karaoke session.

When their karaoke session was over they all got ready for bed as Corey put on his bat pajamas and Oats put on his pink night-gown, they all went into the bathroom to brush their teeth and after that they all went into the bathroom to get ready for bed. They all jumped onto the bed and picked out friends to snuggle up with.

They all thanked Mel and Piff for their adventure as they all jumped onto the bed and snuggled up, as Anglo turned off the light and they all had drifted off to sleep, having sweet dreams as they did so.  They all dreamed of magical underwater adventures and Piff dreamed of going on an aquarium date with Tangie.

And thus their adventure had ended for the day but more adventures are coming up, so please stay tuned.
